What a Great Weekend!!!

After reading Sue's blog about Isaac fell off the bed, the same nite, Keith fell of the bed. He was sleeping on the bed while I was busy cleaning my cupboard. Suddenly, he was at a sitting position, near the edge of the bed.. Before I could get up and hold him, he fell backwards and onto the floor with a loud "THUD". Then, he started crying so loud and was holding his breath for awhile before a big "Waaaaa....."I was so worried and started to search for a cut or a "bungalow" on his head as he kept on rubbing his head. I wanted to cry at that time as I know he was in pain and also sleepy. It took me almost an hour to calm him down and put him back to sleep. I have to let him lie down on top of me while I tab him to sleep.
The next day, I told my maid to keep and eye on him and if he started vomitting or having a fever, tell my MIL to send him to the hospital. But, he was alright after that.Thank GOD!!!!

28th-30th July 2006

Hubby decided to go to KL after so long. It was a last minute plan and I was busy packing our clothes, etc during my lunch break. We left for KL at about 7.30p.m. We went to pick up my step daughter when we reached and went of to Subang Jaya, hubby's uncle's place. We usually stay at there when we go to KL. Keith was a good boy. He slept all the way to KL and only got up when we were about to reach Pandan Indah to fetch his sister. Like as though he knows we are nearby. He got so excited when he saw Ruby and started calling "che che".
We reached Subang Jaya at about 11p.m. Hubby and I were planning to go clubbing and leave the kids behind with the maid. After so long, I've finally got the chance to go clubbing again. I was not worried about leaving the kids behind as Ruby is such a big girl now and she was able to take care of Keith for me with the help of the maid and at the same time, help me to keep an eye on the maid. I've told my maid not to distub me the next morning and help me to take care of the kids. Give Keith his milk and biscuits when he gets up and Ruby her milo and biscuits.
After so long, finally I got the chance to dance as much as I can..Hehe....I love dancing and I love musics. I guess that's the reason why Keith loves musics and dancing too. I left KL for Subang Jaya at about 4a.m. after an enjoying nite out. Hubby insisted on driving and we switched driver halfway when he saw a long queue. I had to drive coz' hubby was drunk and I only had a few drinks and still sober. Hubby was suppose to tell me which junction to turn into Subang Jaya but he kept asking me to dring straight. It's been awhile since I last drove in KL and I am not sure about the turning back to Subang. At last, I ended up dring a big round back to Subang and paid toll twice. We only manage to reach home at about 5am.
I got up quite early (8.30a.m.) coz' Keith was screaming his lungs out again and again at his sister. I've got no choice but to get up and see what was going on. At last, I couldn't sleep back anymore. My body and legs were aching after such a long hours of standing and dancing. I had to ask my maid to give me a massage and I was ok after that.
I went for my hair treatment appointment at about 12pm and brought the kids out for lunch at about 2p.m. After that, aunty, my maid, Ruby. Keith and I went to Subang Parade for shopping. The management has renovated the place and it looks really nice. I can see quite a lot of people shopping. I manage to get some work clothes since it was Megasales. But, nothing is cheap nowadays, I spent a few hundreds but can only see a few items. We went back home at about 5.30p.m. and it was drizzling. We went to pack some nuggets from KFC for the kids to eat coz' we were going for a late dinner. Keith just love nuggets. The moment aunty brought the nuggets into the car, he started asking for it. I didn't give it to the kids as I wanted them to take their shower first.
We went out for dinner at about 8.30p.m. Keith doze off in the car before we even reach the restaurant. We went back at about 12a.m. and hubby was asking me to join him and his friends at Hard Rock Cafe. I was too tired to go anywhere eventhough I love to join him and his friends. I slept like a baby till the next morning when Keith got up at 6.40a.m. It was raining heavily and I wanted to sleep longer. I hugged him and asked him to sleep again. All of us got up at about 9.30a.m. Hehe....
We took our shower and packed our stuffs as it was time to go back. The kids went to wake up their father who was still sleeping. We left Subang for Hard Rock Cafe at about 11.30a.m. We wanted to have our lunch there before sending Ruby back and go back to Taiping. Lunch at HRC was great as the management hired a balloon specialist to entertain the kids as Sunday was a family day for them. Keith and Ruby got a teddy bear on a swing and also a poodle for Keith to walk with and a flower for Ruby to wear on her wrist. He's really good. Luckily he gave me a name card and hubby was saying that we should hire him for the kids function next time.We sent Ruby back at about 2.30p.m. She was kinda sad but we've got no choice.
Hubby drove to Sg. Buloh and asked me to drive back. I was surprise as he'll never let me drive on a highway coz it was quite dangerous. I drove all the way to Tapah all the way at about 140-150km/hr and coaxed him into driving back to Taiping after that. I am a lazy driver and I dislike driving. I'd rather sit next to the driver and relax.Hehe....

After 2 hectic weekends, hubby and I decided to go for a relaxing short trip to Fraser Hill. I've won a 2 nights at Fraser Pine's Resort from a contest. It's a 3 bedroom apartment. My SIL, BIL and their son (Sahil), cousin and 2 other couple (relative) went together since it's everyone's 1st trip except for 1 our our relative's countless trip. We didn't actually stayed at Pine's Resort as we've got a better apartment to stay which belong's to our relative's company. Very beautiful apartment with cooking facilities. But, we have to remove all the glass coffee table and side tables, lamps, etc. because of the two mischievious toddlers.
The weather there was kinda cold as in colder that Genting and Cameron I guess as the record stated that Fraser's lowest temperature was 6 degree and that's really really cold. Basically, this is a no shopping trip. Only relaxation.Hehe....The only problem with Fraser Hill is the food. Hardly any nice proper food outlet. The 1st nite, we had plain fried rice which costs RM5 a plate. Later on, we packed burgers back to the apartment to eat. We can have more variaty during the weekend. Luckily, we manage to find a fried food stall selling yummy "goreng pisang, keropok lekor, goreng ubi, cekodok, karipap and popiah".Our relative even brought his own Astro card and DVD player to watch movies.
The next day, we got up at about 8a.m. I was surprise to find a 3 finger mark bruises above my ankle when I never even knock myself anywhere. I guess, someone must have come and visit me last nite while I was asleep. Spooky huh.....We all had really late breakfast and I was not feeling well after that. I've started having migrain and vomitting. I thought it was a mild one so I decided to join the rest to go to the Clubhouse (for golfers) to have a look at the hill top golf course. My migrain was so bad that I was vomitting countless time at the clubhouse. Luckily, Keith was asleep in his stroller and my maid followed me to the washroom. The Clubhouse was kinda spooky too as it was so huge and quiet. I didn't manage to get a picture of the dangerous golf course which is on a hill.
Hubby decided to send me back to the apartment with the maid and Keith while the rest of them go and tour the town. I didn't actually get to rest as Keith got up the moment we reached the apartment. My maid helped me to massage my whole body so that I'll feel a little better. I couldn't sleep at all because Keith was awake. Only manage to chut my eyes and relax.
Keith knock himself on the divan of the bed in my room and got a long bruise on his forehead. He cried for awhile and then off he go with his nonsenses again.
After that, we went out for teabreak and bought lotsa "karipap, pisang goreng, cekodok, keropok lekor, ubi" and went to a nearby shop for tea. After that, we went to the the horse range for a horse ride and archery but it was closed already. So, we went to the playground. Keith and Sahil was having a great time but I was vomitting by the drain.Haha....
Even the big "Buffalos" was having a great time. See the pic and u know who am I referring to as "BIG BUFALLOS". We went back to the apartment after that to take our shower and the men went out to get us dinner after that. We were relaxing in the apartment and all of us was getting cozy while watching movie on Astro. Luckily the kids went to bed early.

The next morning, we packed our things and have our breakfast in the apartment. By 10.30a.m. we checked out of the apartment and headed to the horse range. We went for a horse ride and also archery before heading back to Kuala Kubu for lunch. Keith refuse to get down from the horse when we finished our round.He was so excited to ride on a horse. I tried the archery and it was not as easy as it looks. My 4 arrows didn't even hit the target board (*shy*). My left arm kept shaking while holding the bow which is why I missed the target all the time. My arm began to ache after that coz' I was holding on the bow for too long. At the end of the game, I ended up hurting myself. The elastic of the bow hit my arm and left bruises on it.

We went our separate ways after lunch at Kuala Kubu and we reached Taiping at about 3p.m. The weather in Taiping was so hot and I decided to let Keith play in his pool.
We all enjoyed the trip except for the journey up and down as the road was worse than going to Cameron Highland old road.

For the past few weekends, I was so so busy travelling here and there. I went back to Kuching for 5 days to attend my best friend's wedding, visit my dad and relatives and also old friends. It was kinda rushing as I've got only limited time. I wish I could stay a little longer but I am running low of annual leaves.

Keith enjoyed himself at my dad's place coz' we've got a huge driveway right in front of the house. He's got plenty of space to run around and play. How I wish I could have the same place in Taiping. Keith was so exicted to play football at the driveway and grandpa(my dad) even taught him how to catch goldfish from his aquarium. He doesn't enjoy touching the goldfish as it was a little slimy, but enjoyed playing with the water in the aquarium.

Bringing Keith to church to attend the wedding mass was a big mistake. He can't even sit or stand still that I had to run along with him with my 3 inches heels and a sequined dress. During the mass, he was so noisy. He refuse to sit still and was busy climbing here and there. When ppl ended the "Alleluia" song for the Gospel, he started shouting "Alleluia", "Alleluia",hoping that we'll sing the same song again. When ppl stopped clapping for the newly wed, he started shouting "Clap!!,Clap!!"....My friend even heard some ppl passing remarks like,"Who's child is that? So noisy!!". Well, I can stop him from doing anything as he's just a mischievious toddler who wants to know everything.

When it comes to photography session, this cheeky son of my couldn't stop kissing the bride. OMG, everyone was laughing at him as he kept on turning his face to kiss the bride. I hope the groom is not jealous.Haha.....












During the dinner, I brought my maid along for dinner and got her a seat at the corner in order to help me keep an eye on Keith. My best friend insisted that I bring my son along as he's her Godson. I was the only mommy there among all my friends. Haha...I guess I am the only one who got married early and now a mommy. One of my friend even nicknamed me "Hot Mama"coz' all these while, his impression of a married woman is haggard, outdated in terms of dressings, "See Lai" (cantonese) etc. Anyway, Keith was busy entertaining everyone with his dance and my friends were teasing me that I've got lotsa potential DILs as Keith was busy playing and dancing with a few "che che".Haha....

Kuching has changed a lot. My uncle and aunty brought me to a new park where there are a lot of chinese pavillion, arch,a dim sum restaurant which looks like the olden days chinese restaurant in China.
Food in Kuching was great. Everyday eat n eat n eat. I don't care whether I'll put on weight or not coz' I know if I don't eat, I don't know when I'll be back in Kuching again for the local food.Haha....

7th July - 10th July

This weekend, I was suppose to fly down to S'pore with Keith and hubby. But, hubby decided not to bring Keith along. I was kinda upset with his decision to leave Keith behind eventhough we've bought his ticket as well. But, we really do need a break just for the two of us only.This trip to S'pore was to attend the boy side wedding. Keith was behaving very strangely as he refuse to let go of me even for awhile. I guess he knew that I was going to leave him and go somewhere.
I told my maid not to wash my nighty and leave it for Keith coz' he just love to smell and play with my nighty. We took a flight down to Johor and then took a shuttle bus to the Kotaraya ii bus terminal. At the terminal, we've waited for hubby's relative to pick us up to enter S'pore. By the time we reach S'pore, it was alomost 6.30p.m. I called Audrey (my best friend) to meet up as she wanted to bring me for a white dress hunt. She wanted all her "Chi mui" to wear white. We've only got less than 3 hrs to shop. It was kinda hard to find a white dress when we were rushing. Instead of buying white dress, I ended up buying a few other colour dresses and top.Hehe....At about 10.30p.m, we went to Clarke Quay to meet up with hubby as his relative was going to work at about 10.30p.m. We had a very late dinner and went back home at about 12a.m.It was a tiring day for me.
The next day, I was suppose to meet up with another friend at Amara hotel. At last, have toI have to "Fong Fei kei" coz' I have to wait for hubby and his relative to get ready and send me to the hotel. We've even waited for a cab for more than 1 hrs.Hai......felt really bad...
Then, I went to Amara shopping centre to meet up with Audrey with my luggage as I'll be staying with Audrey for a nite since the next day, we have to wake up early and get ready for the wedding. We went for a manicure then went back to the apartment to leave my luggage. After that, we went to hunt for my white dress again. We manage to get it this time and Audrey paid for the dress eventhough I insisted of paying it myself. She said since she wanted me to wear a white dress, she'll pay for it. After a quick shopping, we went back to the apartment and had a quick shower coz' we were invited to the groom's house for a buffet dinner. By the time everything was over, it was about 10p.m. We rush to the nearest seven eleven to grab some stuffs for tomorrow to disturb the groom.I even borrowed a baby bottle fr the groom's SIL.

The next day, we got up at about 6.30a.m to get ready for the day. Audrey's other "chi mui" made a very special dessert for the groom n "heng tai",(cili padi jelly and also black pepper jelly) While I prepared avery special drink for the groom (cereal+orange juice +lime juice + coffee milk +laksa paste). We manage to get angpau S$235 which is about S$58 per person.Hehe..
After that, we headed to the bride and groom's new place for a vegetarian buffet. Hubby was suppose to meet up with me for lunch but he was drunk and has been drinking since yesterday afternoon till 5a.m. and only manage to get back home at 7a.m. since they were having difficulties getting a cab. I rang hubby up at least 30 times and at last manage to get him. He reached the apartment at about 1.30p.m. and both of us took a cab to the Holiday Inn Hotel at about 2.30p.m. We checked in at about 3p.m and then went out for a quick shopping. Hubby have to get a new shoe as he work his smelly looking shoe to S'pore while I was on my last minute shopping.hehe......

We went back to the hotel at about 5p.m. to get ready for the dinner. I went to Audrey's room to help her get ready coz' everyone was at the ballroom entertaining the guests and she was alone in the room. Dinner was grand and beautiful. After the dinner, Audrey and I got stuck with the groom's friends as they kept asking us to drink. At last, we manage to escape and went into out room.hehe...After awhile, the whole group came to the room and started drinking.I only manage to go back to the room and sleep at about 2.30a.m. They were to noisy and drunk and all of them were waiting to watch World Cup final.
The next day is our flight back to Taiping. I just can't wait to see Keith. The moment we reach taiping, I've told hubby that we'll pick him up from school.Keith was so excited to see both of us. He kept kissing and hugging me. After that, he refuse to let me leave him. MIL and my maid said that he was a good boy and he slept without any fuss at nite. Maybe he knows he just have to get himself to sleep without mummy for a few nites.
